Cookie and Local Storage Notice

1. In short
1.1. The pages of nutreex.com (the "Site") set no cookies of their own. They use your browser's local storage for one setting, the colour theme, and only after you press the theme button.
1.2. We run no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts on the public pages, so there is no consent banner. The only cookie that can reach your browser from them is a strictly necessary security cookie that Cloudflare, Inc. may set as the host of the Site (clause 4).
2. What the Site stores
2.1. The Site writes only one key to your device: nutreex-theme, in the local storage of your browser. It holds one word, "light" or "dark", so that your next visit shows the theme you chose.
2.2. Our own page script writes the key when you press the theme button and reads it when a page loads. It stays until you delete it or clear the site's data, and it is never sent to a server.
3. What the public pages do not store
3.1. The public pages:
- set no cookies of their own;
- use no session storage and no IndexedDB;
- use no analytics, advertising or tracking identifiers, and no fingerprinting;
- do not store your language: it is set by the page you open.
4. Server logs and Cloudflare
4.1. The Site is hosted entirely by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare receives each request and may keep standard operating logs: your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser. These are not stored on your device. They are described in the privacy policy.
4.2. Because Cloudflare, Inc. delivers the Site to your browser, it may set a cookie that is strictly necessary for security, for example to tell real visitors from automated attacks. Our pages do not set it and we do not control its content. It is not used for tracking or advertising, and it does not need your consent. You can delete it in your browser at any time.
5. Why no consent is asked
5.1. The theme key is stored only because you press the button, and only to give you what you asked for. We treat it as exempt from consent, as we treat the strictly necessary security cookie of Cloudflare.
5.2. A tool that needs consent, such as analytics or an embedded third-party widget, would need your consent first, and this notice would list it.
6. How to remove or block it
6.1. Delete the key in your browser's site-data settings, or block local storage for this site. The public pages work fully without it. Without the key, the theme follows your device's light or dark setting on each visit.
7. The Company and complaints
7.1. The Site is run by AIVIS.ONE LLC, a limited liability company of Georgia, identification number 404804422 (the "Company"). Its details are on the company details page.
7.2. The supervisory authority for personal data is the State Audit Office of Georgia. See the privacy policy for your rights and how to use them.
8. Changes and language
8.1. When we change this notice, we replace the text and show the line "Updated" with the date at the top.
8.2. The English text of this notice prevails over its text in any other language.
