Terms of Use of the Site

1. Who we are and what these terms cover
1.1. These terms govern your use of the pages of nutreex.com (the "Site"), the NUTREEX site in English and Russian. The Site is run by AIVIS.ONE LLC, a limited liability company of Georgia, identification number 404804422, legal address Georgia, Tbilisi, Mtatsminda district, village Okrokana, Akaki Tsereteli str., N14 (the "Company").
1.2. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1.3. The cabinet at aivis.one/app/ (the "Cabinet") has its own terms and documents. They describe what is sold in it, to whom and how, and you see and accept them there before any purchase. Nothing in these terms replaces them.
2. Using the Site
2.1. The Site is free to read. Use it lawfully and with respect for other visitors. Please do not:
- try to break into the Site, disrupt it or overload it;
- use it to send spam or malicious code;
- collect its content automatically at a rate that affects other visitors.
3. Content and licences
3.1. The design and software of the Site, and the names and logos of NUTREEX and AIVIS.ONE, belong to the Company or its licensors. No licence to them is given beyond viewing the Site. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your work.
3.2. Third-party material on the Site keeps its own licence and is marked with its source.
4. Information, not advice
4.1. The Site and what is published on it are for information and education. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, migration or other professional advice, and using them creates no advisory relationship with the Company or its director. They promise no result.
4.2. Everything is provided as it is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Check facts, figures and decisions yourself before you rely on them.
4.3. NUTREEX is in development. What the Site describes is not available yet.
5. No offer
5.1. Nothing on the Site is an offer or invitation to buy anything, and nothing on it promises a return.
5.2. What the Cabinet sells is offered only inside it, to a registered person who has passed verification, under the documents accepted there.
6. Links to other sites
6.1. The Site links to services we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Liability
7.1. To the extent Georgian law allows, and except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for loss arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or a right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
8. Whom the Site is not for
8.1. The Site is not for persons on the sanctions lists of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United Nations, nor for residents of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, DNR and LNR.
9. Governing law and disputes
9.1. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes go to the state courts of Georgia in Tbilisi, unless mandatory law where you live gives you the right to go to another forum.
10. Changes
10.1. We may change these terms. When we do, we replace the text and show the line "Updated" with the date at the top of the page. The text published on the Site applies from that date.
11. Language
11.1. The English text of these terms prevails over their text in any other language.
